Was called Sani Top Chalet. A world heritage site on the border between South Africa and Lesotho 2874 metres above sea level.
It is a wonderful very remote site. Remember that all supplies need to come up the pass. When you consider this and you see the lodge. It is quite amazing what you get. For the many people who have previously visited the accommodation at Sani Top Chalet , they would like to announce that they are now under new management offering the same warm welcome improving the accommodation and dining offer beyond that which you have come to appreciate. The Lodge offers you a range of accommodation. You can choose cozy and comfortable en-suite rondavels each with fireplace (including five traditional double/twins and four modern family doubles with bunk beds). Also available at a short distance from the rondavels are five private backpacker rooms sleeping two to six people with shared ablution facilities as well as camping facilities – we offer these as a self catering option or the possibility of booking for meals at the Lodge.
